Nikolai Chukhin

About me

My research interests are in Theoretical Computer Science, especially Computational Complexity and Fine-Grained Complexity. At JetBrains Research, I am advised by Alexander S. Kulikov and Ivan Mihajlin. In January 2027, I plan to begin my graduate studies at Cornell University, where I will be advised by Sasha Golovnev.

I graduated with honors from Saint Petersburg State University and Neapolis University Pafos, and I organize the Algorithms and Complexity Seminar in Cyprus.

Beyond research, I enjoy books, music, films, fencing, and table tennis. Also, I like to keep track of what I've read and listened to on LibraryThing, Rate Your Music, and Last.fm.
